Norm Cement plant continues to cooperate with Baku State Centre for vocational education in construction and installation in order to promote vocational education among youth, develop vocational education in cities and regions.
As a part of this cooperation, within the period 12.05.2022 to 30.06.2022, 17 (seventeen) second-year students of Baku State Centre for professional education in construction and installation, studying in "Electric welder of manual welding" (group No. 246) were involved in the production practice on vocational education at our plant.
The practice was organized in the form of a two-part program: conducting theoretical trainings and working on the site. In order to prepare the students for real working environment, trainings were held during the practice in Introduction to the cement production, Occupational safety and health, Rules for working with fire and electrical safety.
During the work at the site, the students were involved in practical training in the speciality and got the information about the production processes and equipment of Norm Cement plant. At the same time, the repair processes of the plant were explained to the students by professional staff, as well the students were involved in practical training in mechanical workshop in the welding work.
